  I had bought a pair of Sole flip flops last October before we flew to Mexico for the winter. I have had them before so tossed them in my luggage and threw out the receipt. They had an obvious flaw on the strap where the stitching had come undone. So Because I knew I would be returning them I avoided wearing them although the owner said they looked well worn! She told me I could probably get them stitched for not too much but because I didn't have the receipt she wouldn't do anything. I asked if she would give me a discount on another pair but no to that too. I have bought several pairs of shoes and boots there but won't be back. I am sure other shoe stores will be able to accomodate me.

  I buy shoes and boots here for myself and my kids. Yesterday, I had to return some Boggs because they were leaking when stepping in water. I didn't have my receipt, but they keep them on my file on the computer and my boots were exchanged on the spot! It was a very easy. I will continue to shop here because of the outstanding service we always receive as well as great product! Thank-you!
