  Ordered the Chicken Jalfrezi. The spice was done tho perfection. As good as I have had in London. Service was impeccable.

  Service was very bad, the waiter was not able to understand instructions, an was not where to be seen at the time, had to go to the kitchen to ask for some water. Food was not prepared with care, ordered rice dish, the rice grain was all crumbled and dry and all the naan bread came in at the same time, which got cold by the time we got to the other naan bread. The non vegetarian dish was of a bad portion for the price they charged and was over spiced which ruined the flavor and taste of the dish. The waiter did not understand what we wanted and brought all the food at the same time, due to which our food was not hot. The waiter was again no where to be seen when we wanted to pay the bill and leave, we went the desk and call him to pay our bill. The ambiance was very dull and sad. We did not have a good time eating at the restaurant.

  A few nights ago, a good friend and I enjoyed our first visit to the Tandoori Indian Grill restaurant in Nelson; the staff was friendly and the food was very good. The Shahi Paneer was seasoned perfectly, the Butter Chicken was tender and the Gulab Jamun with rice pudding desert was delicious... naan fans won't go home disappointed!

  This is that Indian spice I miss so much, reminds me of Toronto spots I used to go to when I lived there. Very, very flavourful. I always get take out so can't comment on the service. good portions! Tika Masala is killer.

  Went there with friends .. poor experience, male server was so disrespectful towards us, argued with friend when asked why there’s no paneer in shahi paneer... he replied back if he ever had shahi paneer before or not. I felt so bad. I don’t knew what he was trying to show us. I was about to tell him what he’s doing. But don’t want to insult him at his work place. I’m working in the hospitality industry for more than 5 years, this is the worst service attitude I’ve seen so far.
