  Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Fitness center has free weights and universal. Lots of tv channels for sports games, etc. Christmas decor was great!

  I was totally happy with my stay at this Best Western. Everything was very clean, and the employees were nice. The restaurant served a decent breakfast. We used the hot tub and exercise room. The location was excellent: On the end of the main street in Nelson and an easy walk to anywhere. Nice if you're planning to go out drinking!

  Everybody working there was pleasant. Our room was comfortable, but we heard a faint, high pitched buzzing sound in our room occasionally. The location is right at one end of Baker Street, which is convenient.

  Had another great stay at the Best Western in Nelson. This was the 7th year in a row for our annual ski trip and this Best Western has been consistently awesome each time. The staff is very friendly and nice to deal with. The restaurant has always provided high quality food, though we've only taken advantage of their breakfasts. This year, the restaurant was being completely renovated right down to the bare structure so the breakfasts were continental style in one of the banquet rooms; still a good experience with nice food offerings. Rooms are clean, location is convenient, rates are reasonable, all in all they are tops in my book.

  We had my little Yorkie Poo with us which we got a pet friendly room. Only problem was it was down stairs "in the pound" we called it and to take her out to do her business you both needed to be at the door to get back in.

  In the night I put a book to hold the door from locking me out. Other than that the room was spotless ✔..
