  Today they emailed us the detail receipt which is ONLY $150 in total!! When we asked them about the discrepancy they just said its the service fee for the agency...I do not know what kind of service worth $50 that could caused so much confusion and frustration! It is ripped off and very unprofessional as well as unorganized!!

  Unfortunately our experience with this insurance company is VARY BAD and. We submitted our form way back in late 2016 and when we followed up with them, they lost our form and we had to submit it again. This time one of their staff emailed us the form and told us she will get the quote back to us. After we replied her with our form, we heard nothing from them so we then dropped in their office in person to follow up twice! They kept telling us the event is not until 2017 September so we still have lots of time and the person who was in charge is on vacation. No one was able to confirm the price at this stage. They told us it is gonna be around $150 to $175. Now the event is due in 2 weeks so we dropped again to follow up and the person in charge is still not available. However one of their staff charged us $200 without a detail receipt and we were told we will get our detail receipt tomorrow. When we try to address our concern with her (our frustration and confusion with them) she cut us off and told us the City of Nelson did not process in advance that's why they had to wait. but I think a simple acknowledgment in the first place when we asked about the quote would have been nice to save us so many trips back and forth just to follow up the same question!
