  I have had the opportunity to browse this store on a couple of my visits to Nelson BC, as I do not live there. The Staff has always been very helpful and accommodating with any of my questions or requests, which is why I chose Kootenai Moon to purchase some dining chairs for a table that I recently purchased in Alberta. Being a bachelor, I called one of the staff do get some Interior design advice for something that would go well with my table. I sent a picture of my table in and I was promptly sent some choices that they had in store and also some choices that were available out of store. The choice was easy and all products I felt were at a very fair price, especially considering I was buying out of Province and at a higher Tax.

  And if you check out the furniture and accessories carefully, I would suggest that your next quality couch or memory foam bed could be bought at Kootenai Moon - whether you live in Nelson or the Lower Mainland. The styles of furniture match anything Vancouver has to offer. A great "virtual reality" shopping experience!

  Creativity is alive and well in the Kootenays! Very strategic use of Google Maps, etc. - the large amount of open space shows extremely well, together with a wide variety of products that all blend together harmoniously. But despite the size, there's still an unmistakable warmness to these surroundings.
