    It's messed..up service..they say u have to deal with apple and apple will send a package telling me to wait for the carrier and no one shows up..and now one contacts ,until i get pissed off and make a call.They sell Bose headphones when u have Android phone and none says a thing about it..and when u come...ask why the control aren't working with your phone..they gonchelc and then say.its not compatible with Android phones..Is this a kind off service.

    The crew at the Source in Nelson is always super friendly and the assistant manager Dan Slade always goes above and beyond! A total gem. Customer service is top notch. Definitely recommend them!
