    I went to book a trip to Europe for 4 people not a cheap trip at all and the service was a joke just scribbled down nothing really and have not heard back since... I try to use local company's but with service like this I wonder how they stay open. Lost my business and I have spread the word not to use this agency for anything... This is also an agency that has booked many of my grandfather's riverboat cruises in the past .. discusted by the zero sevice Expedia worked and you guys don't shame. Wonder why people don't go to the travel agency any more !
