    Paid full price on a substitution on a combo meal. Cleaner of the 2 in Nelson. Staff seem poorly trained

    Better of the two A&W in town. (The other is filthy. ) Everything here meets the standards of what an A&W should be.

    Apparently a burger patty takes more than 15 minutes to cook. Interestingly enough I've cooked frozen patties that hav e never taken anywhere near 15 minutes to cook. If this is not a service you are able to provide....take the sign down. The 3 people behind me also wanted burgers. Very unhappy.
