  I can honestly say that Sylvia Stevens is the best! We found her through a recommendation from a friend and were not disappointed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very professional but also super sweet and personable. She wants the best for your family and will stop at nothing to find it. She was an incredible support to us when relocating to Nelson in finding the right home for us but also with giving us insider knowledge on Nelson in general. We truly loved our experience with Sylvia and the Stevens Team and would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others.

  Sylvia Stevens is an amazing realtor. She was recommended by close friends in Nelson BC. I can not say enough great things about her. We listed our house with her a year ago. It was a difficult situation as I had moved to the coast and my ex was in Nelson. She really had to do twice the work because of our delicate situation. Sylvia was professional, thorough and all around wonderful. I would highly recommend her as a realtor. Thanks again for all your hard work.
