  He then asked for my last name which was strange since he just declared we would not be doing business together. I said I wouldn’t be giving him my last name as I didn’t see why he would need it. What was he planning to do with it? Craig hung up on me.

  Craig and his team made my moving experience incredibly easy, from his accurate and reasonable quote to his precise timing. I was extremely impressed by the care that was given to my belongings. I am very happy with his work and will definitely be contacting Craig for any future moves!

  Even more surprising was his lack of caring about of his customers health. I am a very health conscious person and mattress infection by movers is something I want to avoid. A number of my children’s classmates have gotten lice this past year and having moved many times before settling in the Kootenays, I know mattresses can become contaminated if they are moved unprotected. This is why mattress covers are industry standard throughout the country. So I asked Craig about this.

  We employed Kootenai Movers to empty out a truck for us and they did a great job! Ive never seen three guys work so hard. I would certainly recommend them to others.
