  With the options afforded me in Nelson (Safeway , the Coop) Trail (Ferraro's, Walmart) and the close proximity of the US (Costco,Yokes,Walmart)I think I will shop elsewhere in case I count incorrectly again.

  Crowded and very interesting. Lots of specialty foods. Easy parking lot. Pricey so know your prices. Great baking.

  She then complained to the next customer that her break could not come soon enough. You have a very unprofessional person representing your store and for 6 packages of Thai soup at $1.59 each you must know how small they were.

  Save-on-foods in Nelson is unbelievable! Their community support is by far the best I have ever seen! The staff are friendly, helpful and always smiling. Grocery shopping is enjoyable in this store!

  When I finally put my groceries on the the roller after a 10 minute wait the cashier told me that I had too many items for her line which she said was for only 9 items.

  I never noticed that the item numbers for your 2 express lanes were different. I thought I had only 9 items but she said the 6 packages of Thai soup noodles were counted separately. She said she would process it this time but to be more careful with how many items I had if I got in this line.
