  wow.What an awful experience with Susan.Very rude and intense. I booked appointment on April 11th for April 18@10am. The receptionist informed me that i would be recieving an email intake form and at that time i would be able to send any documentation needed for Susan etc.

  i never recieved anything so i called on Easter Monday . Susan answered and told me that she would personally send me the email. Still nothing u til 1min before our app on Tues. The receptionist asked about credit card and as i stated twice already stayed that a family member was assisting with legal fees and i could call her and get the transaction approved. The receptionist interupted me and said Susan was calling me right away. i thought this was odd as the money hadnt been paid yet.?? Susan called and asked about the money and i told her same thing. At that time she still agreed to proceed with conversation. Susan was very rude and intense. rushing me to answer. She told me that she didnt want to waste time talking and she had asked me the same question 4times. That's because she kept asking questions and not letting me speak? The thing though that was very upsetting was that she treated me so badly?? I dont think i've ever been treated like that by a professional. My father is a lawyer out of province and he would never speak to anyone like that nevermind a client. Very dissapointing. It was almost like she didn't care at all because the money hadn't been paid?? however i offered before our conversation to receptionist annd Susan agreed to talk to me when she could have said to wait until transaction was complete. She may be good at her job? but very rude and dismissive. So i have now lost a whole week waiting to speak to this women and i never even got an email?? Very disorganized . Thanks for nothing Susan . How do u sleep at night.

  Susan was very helpful with our situation. She was empathetic of our needs, helped us to avoid wasting money on unnecessary steps and guided us in the quickest way to reach resolution. Highly recommend her.

  Susan was great. She answered all of my questions and was sensitive in regards to my situation. Phoebe, her paralegal, was responsive and helpful as well. I highly recommend them.
