  Recently bought a refurbished laptop there when my old one died. They took the time to make sure I found something within my budget and that met my needs. Really happy with my purchase, loving it even more than my old laptop, and they definitely went the extra mile to make sure everything with it was running correctly (had a couple minor issues which they fixed for me, no problem). Would definitely buy from them again.

  Honest technicians that are good at what they do. I trust them with my computers. They will help you find a good solution. In a couple of cases they went above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended.

  I am in awe of the customer service and professionalism at Phoenix Computers in Nelson right on Baker street. Hours before a long weekend and a computer that would not power up, Scott to the rescue. I am confident most business' would say come back after the long weekend but they were able to sit down with me, look at my dinasour of a computer and not only return it back to me before the end of the day but all repaired. Great service, honest fair pricing. Good karma for me, BUY-SHOP-SERVICE locally :)
