  I recommend any physician or patient thinking of working with or using this clinic or these physicians to read this carefully and ask your self if you want to take the chance what I say is not accurate? Dr Barbour who has just retired came to the conclusion I was an insane junkie wacko after speaking without consent to locals some who had never even met me. Text Book Proxy Recruit! Ironically this slander influenced the new Dr. Mike Magier to drug me against my wishes and contrary to my legal rights and legislation that protects patients. For those unaware for treatment to be forced on a patient like Mike Magier did the patient must be certified by two mental health specialists who have seen and assessed the patient. None of this occurred and at the time I had never seen a mental health specialist in my life. This is in full violation of the BC Mental Health Act and Interior Health policy. He was charged in 2012 with criminal negligence and assault for these actions. These doctors have conveniently helped brush these facts under the rug as they are all very liable. The law and documents don't lie! I currently have a $60,000.00 dollar legal fund and am actively seeking a lawyer or team of lawyers who will pursue Dr. Barbour, Dr. Magier both and Interior Health for civil and possible further criminal liabilities. Ironically my girl friend of two years is an OR Nurse at a major hospital and she is shocked this level of care and actions exists in Canada. Although she admits small towns generally attract poor doctors. This type of oppressive slander could only happen in a small BC town as in a city such as I live in individuals do not readily have access to influencing your medical care or personal physician. It is text book control by proxy. Interior Health is well aware of these legalities. I hope with the right legal team I can bring these irresponsible doctors to justice and prevent anyone else being a victim to there arrogance and negligence. Dr. Barbour was my family physician for years and actually was speaking to drug addict patients in the community who knew of me. One being the addict who she supplied an endless supply of narcotics who happened to be my old landlord. She used his information without any reservation to it's accuracy to asses me and my life eventually influencing the RCMP and other medical professionals all without personally seeing me. They still perpetuate this slander even though I have a successful career and life, documents supporting otherwise and even private professionals opinions. Ones who are not talking to strangers or locals about patients. My hope is to shortly find a lawyer or team of them that will be able to pressure through the courts the appropriate authorities or agencies to see these individuals brought to justice. Civil, criminal or otherwise. The documents and legislation don't lie but their influence in a small community forced me to leave the area and start a new life in another province. My current success, past success and life completely destroy these doctors credibility. I am just waiting for the right lawyer or investigative journalist to blow this wide open as these doctors slander has closed all doors locally to me in obtaining accountability this matter. This clinic if they are hiring doctors of this nature must be really hurting for staff and I suggest anyone wanting proper care where doctors are not speaking to locals or friends about your health and basing care off of "what they heard" go some where else. When one has a successful career, life, documents, legislation and the ability to finance $60,000.00 towards legal fees it is only a matter of time before facts come out. Dr. Mike Magier seems to have left a trail of unhappy patients and one review even accuses him of sexual assault or something to that effect. If you are a patient or physician who cares about your care or career avoid this place and these doctors. Anyone interested in seeing the documents may contact me anytime.

  Walk in only means you walk in the door, it's not a walk in clinic you have to make an appointment and they are filled up by the morning, so getting in to see a physician is next to impossible. If you do heaven forbid you require a form for a child's sport or other such paperwork if you do bring your credit card as it's going to set you back $75 plus tax. Best to avoid this place and go to the regular clinic up town they at least are honest and you know you need an appointment and do not bend you over to fill out a couple check boxes on paper so your child can play sports.

  Very busy, so best to go early in the morning. They are busy because they are efficient and professional, as well as provide a very helpful atmosphere.

  I'm not sure of the Dr's name exactly but he was truly helpful today. 100% positive experience
