    If there was a possibility of NO star, I would use this. Very poor communication. We requested service in early December 2017, and they kept saying "yes, we'll get to it". Now it is the end of January 2018, and they still haven't gotten our part, and have never initiated a phone call to say they are not able to work on our car. It would have been more honest to say they weren't able to work on our car, instead of stringing us along. I will definitely be phoning our auto dealer who recommended them, and suggest they use someone else.
