    Friendly and efficient staff! I always get my phone calls returned fast. Marley is a real treat to work with, as well as all front counter staff! Thank you!!

    I had appointment today at 10:30 am . I am totally disappointed by the service of one of the financial advisory. Unfortunately I didn't remember her name but it was really sad with her attitude. She told us to move out of the bank after the service was over which was really rude.

    Literal garbage, a broken hole in the wall with a constantly out of service ATM that barely works on the few times it isn't shut down. Will give random errors, refuse to take money, refuse to take card. Need envelopes to deposit money and they're usually out. Space that holds atm is filthy with a hole kicked into the drywall, no heating in the winter so it's freezing cold.

    Phone call to Nelson number routs to call centre staff. Courteous call centre staff can forward call to Nelson location, phone call immediately terminated. Account opened elsewhere.
